Starting in 2005 California Civil Code requires an assessment and reserve funding disclosure summary to be included in the year end budget of all hoa’s.  This form must be included in addition to the reserve study summary.  The reserve funding disclosure form must be updated every year and cannot be filled out correctly without a current reserve study.  The purpose of this form is to summarize the results of the reserve study and to inform current and potential homeowners if the current assessments are sufficient to meet future maintenance costs.

McCaffery Reserve Consulting includes this completed form with all of it’s reserve studies and our reserve study software will also complete the form for associations.
