The Reserve Specialist designation is awarded to experienced, qualified reserve specialists, who through years of specialized experience, can help ensure that your community association prepares its reserve budget as accurately as possible. Brian is also on the board of the HOA where he lives so he understands how a HOA works. Brian has been a speaker at CAI educational luncheons and has taught courses to property managers about reserve studies.
Brian formed McCaffery Reserve Consulting because he wanted to create a company that provided professional, accurate, and easy to understand reserve studies. He also created the company so that studies would be performed cost effectively, in turn saving homeowner associations money. Most importantly, he wanted to make the reserve study process as easy as possible for board members and property managers. A true commitment to customer service and client satisfaction is the primary objective of the company. We strive for 100% client satisfaction and work hard to create long-term relationships with all our clients.
